Individual solutions in system construction are our specialty. As contract manufacturer with our own design department for sophisticated systems and apparatuses, we are specialists in the fields of welding work, machining, assembly work and painting work.
Filter systems
Vacuum filtration: drum filters are used for the continuous, mechanical separation of large quantities of solid-liquid mixtures by means of filtration using vacuum. Such drum filters are used in the production of chemical substances, substances for the food industry and mining sediments. A continuously rotating drum with complex internal piping is manufactured with a diameter of up to 5 m with very high concentricity. We frequently process very high-quality stainless steels in the production of drum filters with roller removal, with scraper removal, with draining filter cloth and press belt drum filter. Naturally, TÜV certifications, welding certifications and comprehensive documentation are part of the process.
ORC systems
We produce ORC systems (Organic Rankine Cycle) for the generation of electrical energy as well as residual heat from different types of thermal energy, such as (industrial) waste heat, biomass, geothermal heat, combustion waste heat, solar thermal heat or gas turbine waste heat. The modular ORC systems are delivered completely pre-assembled and pre-tested to facilitate a fast and easy installation and commissioning on-site. Their sturdy industrial design ensures maximum reliability and low maintenance requirements. Standardized modules in various sizes are available: 50 kW, 70 kW, 120 kW, 250 kW, 350 kW, 500 kW and 1000 kW.
Flat filters
Vacuum filtration: flat filters are used for the continuous, mechanical separation of large quantities of solid-liquid mixtures by means of filtration using vacuum. Such plan filters are used in the production of chemical substances and in mining. A continuously rotating, horizontal filter disk with inlaid filter segments is manufactured with a diameter of up to 20 m with a very high concentricity together with the remaining filter assembly. We frequently process very high-quality stainless steels in the production of flat filters with screw removal or other types of removal. Naturally, TÜV certifications, welding certifications and comprehensive documentation are part of the process.
Belt filter
Vacuum filtration: belt filters are used for the continuous, mechanical separation of large quantities of solid-liquid mixtures by means of filtration using vacuum. Such belt filters are used in mining and for the separation of chemical solids. One or more continuously rotating belt(s) is/are vacuum-loaded and integrated into an overall system with a length of often 30 m or more. We frequently process very high-quality stainless steels. Naturally, TÜV certifications, welding certifications and comprehensive documentation are part of the process.
Test benches
Gas control stations are used to control the gas flow rate, its purity, its speed and much more. Applications include burners for rotary kilns and calcination systems in the fields of cement, lime, ore processing and minerals, as well as hot gas generating systems for a wide variety of drying processes and for all known fuels and fuel combinations. We are very familiar with the assembly, mounting and installation of such stations.
